1. Tilt the Glass: Slowly tilt the glass until the water just reaches the rim.

2. Observe the Water Level at the Base:

- Exactly Half-Full: If the water touches the rim and the opposite inside bottom edge simultaneously, the glass is half-full.
- Less Than Half-Full: If the water doesn't reach the opposite bottom edge, it's less than half-full.
- More Than Half-Full: If the water goes past the opposite bottom edge and starts covering the bottom surface, it's more than half-full.
