Bountiful Company, which makes Nature’s Bounty
supplements, $600,000 for "review
hijacking" on Amazon, where it lumped several
different products into the same listings to share
the same reviews and labels, deceiving buyers and
artificially inflating the ratings and reviews of

Crypto exchange FTX failed to protect
customers' digital assets due to extremely
poor cybersecurity practices, according to its
latest bankruptcy report which shows the company
never hired a chief information security officer
and never put basic digital protections in place.
The report also reveals FTX did not use cold
storage, keeping virtually all clients' assets
in hot wallets but claiming to investors it used
cold storage. FTX also kept clients' sensitive
cryptographic keys and seed phrases stored in
plaintext documents and failed to enforce basic
web security measures like multi-factor
authentication.
